Ok, so I have only run a carbocage for over 2 years on 2 bikes. One Dh the other AM. I have broken 1 outer plate, not from a rock strike but from my chain getting a stick caught in it up front, coming off and to much of a bend being placed on the chain device where the lower jockey wheel is. I have never bent a chain ring either. I do know people who have bent ISCG tabs with an LG1 and with the new LG1's had 1 run out of them in Whistler before 1 rock disintegrated them. my carbocage's have many small battle scars on the under side and have ridden some of the roughest terrain there is. And.... never dropped my chain.

Andrew Crimmins, a name to watch for the future, he seems to be winning everything just now. He was closer to Sam at 16 than Sam was to Troy! 8th fastest time of the day beating his big brother.

I disagree, only because Sam was back at Champery also. It has nothing to do with 110%, it has more to do with the top boys now are more focused on the goal. I would love to see Sam on a Horse giving it beans again, but that is just not going to happen. http://www.rootsandrain.com/compare.html?i=2940x2949x926x795x3062x753 Remove Gee at Champery as he slid down like a penguin and you can see the young boys getting faster and taking over since 2009, and they are getting faster. Greg has not moved much, he is Mr Consistent, 2012 will be the big test for him, or if he has stepped it up (he was coming off injury into 2011), then will he be back on top again?

hey, we ended up going on monday. the weather was good and the jumps and pumptrack (which is absolutely brilliant by the way, thank you very much for the directions) were dry, so it was good. cheers Smile
